Details of my role

“I am a client support administrator and I provide administrative support to Eric and Shelagh. This primarily involves the organization and preparation of review meetings, valuations and supporting documents.

I am also responsible for welcoming clients, directing telephone calls and mail received to the relevant person, and ensuring that records and client files are kept up to date and compliant.
I also book client appointments and I am responsible for organizing seminars and social events”


Shelagh TaylorShelagh Taylor – Director/Chartered Financial Planner

Details of my role

“As a chartered Financial Planner I work with clients to develop their financial plans and to create investment and pension strategies that help them achieve their outcomes.

As a director I am responsible for the compliance and risk functions in the business in addition to staff development”.


Andrew Young – Client SupportAndrew Young – Client Support

Details of my role

“I work alongside Eric and Shelagh, and in Eric’s words, my role is to ‘make things happen’!
I produce review, investment and pension reports for clients and deal with much of the day-to-day correspondence. I am also responsible for carrying out investment dealing and putting Eric’s and Shelagh’s recommendations into practice.

I am a point of contact for clients. I have also been involved in carrying out due diligence on certain companies and products on behalf of the firm”.

Details of my role

“As a chartered and certified financial planner I love working with clients and creating solutions to their financial questions, and implementing them to see their goals and objectives fulfilled.

As a director I am involved in all the key strategic areas of the business with particular responsibility for business development and strategy”.


Katie Eccles - Client SupportKatie Eccles – Client Support

Details of my role

“I provide administrative support to Eric and  Shelagh. This covers a wide variety of tasks from greeting our clients and making them feel welcome to preparing portfolio valuations for their review meetings. I ensure that all paperwork resulting from their financial meetings are accurately and efficiently processed.

In addition I am involved with investment transactions and compiling investment research”.
